my obsession with dorie greenspan’s baking continues. just a few pages away from de classic banana bundt cake was a recipe for something called swedish visiting cake.
everything about this cake is just easy. de only scary thing about is de amount of sugar – its one cup of sugar against one cup of flour. i did three-quarter cup of sugar instead. still it was pretty sweet (but not sickly sweet). perhaps it was de lack of sugar, de top of de cake did not brown much.
